    Great location, very roomy, nicely appointed home,accessible to both Balboa and Newport piers, the beach is not too crowded and the ocean water is clean with great waves for surfing. what more could you ask for?

    For such an expensive high end rental the owner needs to spend $100 at Ikea or crate & barrel and equip the kitchen properly for the amount of people it sleeps. there was not 1 cutting knife. bread knife. Not one large pan to saute anything (I bought one and left it there!!) one more large pot. Set of champagne glasses. It was ridiculous not to be able to make pancakes in the morning!!

  • We had a wonderful time , The house is beautiful, In the Best location, The only thing I can think of is the kids thought their should be TV in each room and maybe fans. But the place is just wonderful.
