Beautiful oceanfront single family home with 5 bedrooms, 1-full bathroom, 3-1 3/4 bathrooms (only one bath tub), bonus room upstairs with beautiful ocean and beach views and a TV. Dining seats eight (additional folding chairs). Master bedroom downstairs with attached bath, spacious patio on the sand with a propane BBQ, flat screen TV in livingroom with DVD & VCR. 2 sets of washer/dryers. One upstairs and one in garage.

    We had a great couple of weeks, beautiful home, but feel for that kind of money, things should be in top working order. The oven was our chief complaint -even though someone was sent out 4 different times, it was very inconvenient to not have the oven in top working order. To have to keep the door closed with a chair and a trash can to get it to work wasn't great-it should be replaced. Also, coming in on the 4th of July is a challenge -we arrived around 9:30, unloaded our stuff in the garage,(house was being cleaned yet) and then went to pick up the keys from your office around 10:30(on our bikes,and earlier than you had recommended). When we got back at 11:00(which was the time you told us to pick up keys), the street was already closed to cars. We would not have gotten in if we wouldn't have dropped our stuff earlier. Something to think about for next year for guests arriving on the 4th of July!

Our staff has repaired the oven and it is in top working order. Thank you for your suggestion regarding check-in time on July 4th. it can be a challenge for us to get all guests checked in before the Newport Beach Police Department closes the streets. However, we will consider this for check-ins on this day. We appreciate your comments and look forward to seeing you again soon!
