  Patio needs reclining sun chairs. More big bowls needed in kitchen. Patio hose needs to be fixed.

  Our 2nd stay at this rental and we love the location. No boardwalk in front of you and short distance to the water. Also a short 2 block walk to the store. The property was going through some external improvements during our stay and should look great when completed. However, for a rental of this expense, I would expect the furnishing to be in better condition.

  1- the property was advertised as an A and B unit and 1/2 the time there people we did not know on the upstairs, they were walking through adn using are unit as access to the beach...not what was advertised.
  
  2- the unit was under construction, owner needs to pick a better time to do his work not during soembody's vaction.
  
  The reason for these concerns is we had all of our surfing, boards, wet suits, fins; 15 years of buying ocean gear stolen.. not good!

• All in all, we were very happy with the accomodations. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was very poorly stocked....can open broken, no pyrex for baking, no serving bowls.

  Upstairs neighbors, guests of the landlord were very noisy, both in the early am and the late pm.

  We were really looking forward to grillig but was not even close to woking.The owner needs to invest in fixing the blinds. But over all a great time!!!

    We appreciate your feedback. The property owner has fixed the blinds at the property and is looking into your suggestion for more comfortable furniture. Our staff has added propane to the grill. If you find anything is missing, such as gas for the grill, please call our office and we will bring it to you.
