  This is the second time we have rented this unit and absolutely love it! It is the perfect location and we love the patio and huge family room area that is big enough to keep all of our beach gear and still have enough space to entertain our big family
  when they came for dinner. I will definitely be staying here again!

• We rented both units and it was great. The off street parking is wonderful. No ants this year. The upstairs is much bigger, but the downstairs unit has the wonderful front patio

  The House was good. We enjoyed ourselves and our stay. We did have some problems with the upstairs tenents running across the floor, and not just in the daytime. The tenents would let their kids run and jump around at all hours of the day and night. I would have talked to them, but when the noise was going on in the middle of the night they would not answer the door. They also would not pick-up after their kids. They tend to park their bikes in front of my door, and in my extra parking spot. Mind me, I do not like to complain, that is why I only called to the office once. The other thing we were missing was a mop. The house had nice white tile in it but showed all the dirt. I would have liked to clean it up. The house was located in a wonderful spot. I would like to rent it again the next time I can aford it. Thank you for a great time. Hope we get to do it again soon.

  Disappointing that the microwave wasn't replaced the day we called (5th day in). In fact, we never got a call back and after several inquireies (messages left) no response. On the last day, when asking for a late checkout, I mentioned it again to Diane, but she was very snippy. The attitude was not neccessary. Finally, talked to actual owner. I thought she might want to know that the guests moving in will not have a microwave that works if they came that morning. She had US move the microwave from upstairs to downstairs. We didn't mond. SHe was nice and apologetic. Would have helped if Diane was the same way; or even better: if we'd gotten a replacement microwave.

    Thank you for sharing your comments with our company. We are disappointed to hear the microwave in your unit was not working and a replacement was not brought to the unit immediately. We have a storage unit with these items. Our maintenance department has replaced the microwave. Thank you for the feedback with regards to the staff. • Great patio for meals and family gatherings. The street noise late at night can be bothersome. Great location.

  We had a great time. The only thing that was bothersome were the people upstairs clomping up the stairs at night.
