  We have been renting homes on Balboa Bay for many years and this is by far the best property yet. Clean and spacious and well appointed for a rental. Two-car garage is a definite plus in the parking-starved penninsula. Our one problem (water heater went
  out) was taken care of very quickly by Burr White.

  Have stayed at this property before and love it! Thought the new carpet and furniture coverings were great! We were very disappointed in the non-working items in the home of which we were not informed... Gas BBQ regulator broken, couldn't use it until new part installed...dryer needed a new part, couldn't use until new part installed. Fridge ice and water dispenser had a note on it that it was not least that had a note on it, but still should have been informed of this AT CHECK-IN...the other things were not mentioned, had to discover them. When we are paying $4000 for a week in a home, I expect all should be in working order...Not sure if we will rent this house again because of all the repair issues... Unfortunate as we like the house and location.

• This was a family friendly property for adults and children. Our almost two year old grandson found many toys available for him. The providing of linens is much appreciated and makes the packing easier.

  The office staff at Burr White is very efficient and well organized. They provided check in materials (towel, plastic pail & shovel and coffee to be used in the unit as well as general information on the Newport area. I heartily recommend them.

  There was insufficient lighting in the master bedroom - overhead light/fan fixture only had the fan operating. I couldn't read in bed.

• This home is one of the best we have stayed in- we have been coming to Newport Beach & Balboa Island since we were babies, our favorite place in the world. This home has great amenities, lots of games etc.

  The home's location was wonderful. The only problem it had not been cleaned so our cleaning deposit was refunded. The home is nice, within walking distance to the pier and fun zone and ferry to Balboa. Our family's favorite spot!
