Great Place, with a lot of room. Perfect roof top area to view beautiful sunsets and some ocean views too. Close to Ocean and Bay Beaches. Burr White staff was awesome, had some minor issues that were corrected promptly and already gave recommendations for this place to friends.

Because of the cool conditions we had our windows open at night but EVERY NIGHT between 2 and 4 in the morning the people next door who are permanent renters were partying, talking and yelling. We were woke up every night in the middle of the night. Renter below lives like a slob and very unfriendly. Would be very hesistant to rent this again.
