  We found everything to be great, except a little worried about the condition of the stairs.

• Our unit could use remodling. The kitchen needs a complete overhaul. The base boards in the front room and bathrooms are pealing. The furniture needs to be replaced, with the exception of the beds.

  We have been going to the beach for our annual family vacation for 21 years. This is the first time we have rented this property. Everything was great and we hope to continue to do the beach vacation. Thank you. Everything was perfect.

  By far the best thing about this property was the excellent location. Steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier make it ideally situated.
  
  The view was also fantasstic...a magnificent beach view from the living room.
  
  The interior and furniture was a little on the "rustic" side. However this may be a plus in a beach setting with small children.
  
  The staff was excellent and move-in/out was fast and easy.
  
  Overall a great experience.

  The T.V. in master was broken and one of the large windows on beach side of house was cracked and looked like it had been for some time. This could be quite dangerous. The place was not that clean when we got there.

Our maintenance department has fixed the television in the master bedroom and the cracked window on the beach side. We do try to have all the properties thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.   This beach house is in a great location. The upstairs unit, with the large windows provides a great view. The patio is small, but it has a BBQ, and a couple chairs. We didn't realize that the 2nd queen bed was a Murphy bed in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.
