  The drawers to a dresser were broken and nearly hurt our son and the kitchens could use some additional cooking pans. Otherwise, the place was great!

  Diane Steadman was very helpful. Basic cleaning supplies should be provided, including a functioning broom. Otherwise, the unit was clean and accomodating.

  We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was perfect for our family of four. Clean, well-kept and perfect location. Suggest the lock on the door be replaced.

  We have rented from Burr White for several years, and they always do a good job. This was the best rental we've had. It seemed to be the cleanest...almost no ants, too. The frig doesn't shut quite right (might want to pass on to the owner), so it was easy to leave open. We were very happy with this rental. We would definitely stay in it again. Thank you.

Our maintenance department has fixed the refrigerator to ensure it closes correctly and is not easily left open. We are delighted you enjoyed this rental and are excited for your next visit!

  We've rented this same property every summer for the past 6 years. Great location for families - with young children or teenagers. We like the fact that it's within walking/biking distance from the Pier/Restaurants but not so close that you get all the congestion and foot traffic. The property is literally steps from the beach (without paying the high rent of actually being on the beach). Burr White Realty is wonderful to work with in coordinating reservations. Always friendly and organized. (Please note that even though I rated the cleanliness low during our last stay - I truly believe that was an anomaly. We've never had problems with that in the past.)
