4 Bed 2 Bath upper unit. Peek-a-boo ocean and beach view from spacious deck. Nice furnishings. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. 2 garage spaces. Awesome location. Steps to the sand. This units rent long term in the winter.

    The "king" bed in the master was actually two twins put together. Kitchen needs to be stocked better (need a larger frying pan, need at least one sharp knife, cleaning supplies, etc.). We arrived for our two-week stay and found that three of the chairs for the kitchen table were broken. They replaced them with cheap folding chairs. Location is awesome, but quite a bit of street noise, especially at night. Overall, the house is "ok", but not worth what we paid for it. Several similar homes in the area are priced WAY lower. Do your research, and you'll see what I mean. It's amazes me that people will spend $1-2 million for a home, and won't put $20k into them to bring them "up to date". Burr White did a great job when we ran into issues.

    Both units were basic and clean. A functioning broom would have been helpful. The cleaning crew on Friday came at 9:30 a.m. and rushed us out even though we had agreed to a noon check out.

    Overall we were happy with this property. We loved the fact that the washer/dryer was in the house and we didn't have to lug our laundry up and down the stairs. We were disappointed that the second bathroom wasn't a full bathroom. We didn't know it was only going to be a shower. Having little ones, this was difficult.
