  This is a nice house in a great location with two decks that have ocean views. There were a few changes this year (the new flat screen in the loft was nice) but this place could be great if the owner just replaced a few of the less expensive items each year, such as the throw rugs and the BBQ grill.

  House is very nice and features a third story balcony that is soooooo relaxing with beautiful view after a day at the beach. Very close to Albertson's and easy walk to pier and all the shops and restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Park your car and forget about it for a week.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the loft, there is plenty of room for everyone at this place. It was nice to be so close to both the beach and Albertson's. We have zero complaints about our stay.

  We always consider this the best week of the year. Grandparents, parents and grandkids all have a blast. Great home with nice loft (2 single beds) with it's own mini fridge and beautiful balcony is great for teens and the new furniture in living room and balconies made this year even better.

  This was our third year renting this property. It has a great location and having the two decks is a plus especially when there is company. We've rented in total five different properties over the course of seven years and this one by far is the best for our family and our budget. We would recommend it to everyone!

  Convenient to grocery store, fast food and walk to pier. Great beach with good waves for preteens. House is very nice with two balconies with ocean views. Clean and modern. Have stayed 2 yrs and renewed for 2008.
