  We loved our stay. The neighbor is fantastic, relatively quiet at night, amazing walkable sites and restaurants nearby. Only negative is relatively dirty floor; which we expected to some degree due to beach location - but was still pretty bad. Burr White

  This place has definitely seen better days. There is not a single item in this place that could be considered nice, much less "luxurious". That being said, if you know what you're getting into, it is well worth the price. It is very, very (did I mention "very"?) basic. It is large and appeared clean, and the location and parking cannot be beat. Be sure to bring paper towels, napkins, trash bags, dish towels, dish soap,coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. because none of that is provided. There is only one TV, and it is downstairs, if that matters to you. The wi-fi signal is really strong and the connection is pretty fast. In summary - if you don't mind basic lodging, this place is the perfect combination of location and price.

  Place can use a makeover, but overall, the location was extremely good, parking was fantastic, and the real estate group was very helpful! Had a wonderful time.

  A few suggested improvements: Replace carpet, add washable rugs on tile areas - by doors and bathrooms, add a TV upstairs, wash the windows, replace window coverings, clean garage floor to avoid tracking dirt inside.

  The location is perfect! Having the entire house eliminates concern about noise. Furniture is mostly new. You can fit two cars in the garage and a third fits just outside.

  We've stayed at this location for the past 3 years and have enjoyed each time. It's a great location because it's close enough to the Newport Pier for shopping, restaurants, and just walking around an exploring, but far enough away that the board walk isn't too busy or noisy. The house has a spectacular view, especially from the master bedroom, and has nice air flow. We really enjoy staying here.

  We had a wonderful time...location was great. Loved the lay out of the bedrooms. The kitchen could have had more serving dishes, salad bowl vegetable peeler, wine opener.

  The property is prime. It's close to everything; the partying from the pier doesn't extend quite to the property, making it fun, yet able to choose when to party. The beach is beautiful and the pier restaurants are close enough to walk any time of day or night. I loved it and wished the property had been maintained better.
