  My main comment about the duplex property is the lower unit is very warm with no windows that open. It made sleeping uncomfortable and therefore my daughter and her friends had to sleep upstairs. The other thing is the 2 car garage is extremely small and
  could not accommodate our cars.

  great location, property in good condition, kitchen in need of some tlc, all in all a great stay for the money this is the third time in this location we well stay here again

    Dear Lyon Family, Thank you for your review. The owner has spent some money updating much of the areas which you addressed in your review. The units have new tile floors in the kitchen and entry as well as new granite counters, knobs, stove, microwave hood, faucet, double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cups, cooking pots, pans and utensils. Bathrooms have new shower trim, towel bars, waste baskets and knobs. The unit has been completely painted too. We will post new pictures on our website soon. While oocasionally some properties may have some deferred maintenance, we make every effort to keep our properties at our high level standards of comfort and cleanliness.   We enjoyed our stay because of the location. The property has great potential for a large group, but was rundown as I mentioned in the paper we turned in and the kithen did not have enough utensils, mugs etc. for the group. We also did not have blankets on our beds and it was a cool week. The shower in the upstairs master bedroom had mold in it which was not pleasant, but since we spent most of our time outside, we had a great stay. Thanks.

  We have rented beach houses in the Newport area for over 10 years. this property was perfect for location. This property has two floors. The bottom floor is definitely the poorer of the two floors. The kitchen is so small the dishwasher won't open all the way. The sliding glass doors were broken so to lock the door we had to put the storm shutters down everytime we left the property. The televisions were micro small where upstairs they had a beautiful big screen. there are no cupboards in the kitchen downstairs. the bottom floor was squeezed in just to be able to get more people into the property. We did schedule for another week next year but I am hoping they make some improvements on the property by then. Burr White was great to send someone over immediately with any of our concerns. I would definitely use them again.

  The property is in a great location. Parking is an issue but to be expected since it is at the beach. The property does need some work and updating. Our kids really do enjoy the week at the beach, but the property does need updating inside and outside.

  We were very happy with the location of this property. This was right on the beach. The property is not new but it is clean and huge with a very good location. We will definitely go back next summer. In addition, the Burr White staff were very professional and friendly.

  We really enjoyed having the house right on the sand and not near the boardwalk area. The house does need some work, but we were mainly outside. Overall, lots of fun.
