  The carpet was very dirty. The balcony was too small. The upgrades done to the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room were good.

  Parking was a problem. The people who lived across the alley consistenly parked over the alley line, making it impossible to use the garage.

  You are paying for easy access to an incredible beach. This is always our children's favorite vacation even though the amenities are the least fancy. If you want fancy, stay at the Marriott on PCH, but good luck getting to and from the beach and finding parking. We had to wait 2 days to have the kitchen sink unclogged, but the washer/dryer, TV's and other features worked well. The location is great.

  When we arrived at 4pm, the home appeared not to have been cleaned, however, when we contacted the office, they were quick to send someone over and gave it a total cleaning within the hour. Also, several small kitchen appliances were either broken or missing, and when we contacted the office regarding these things, they responded within the hour bringing a new replacement item. They were very accommodating in that regard.

  We have rented with Burr White more then once and everyone of them have been the best vacation ever! We come to Newport Beach every year and we always have the best vacation. It is something we look forward to every year. We hope that we can keep this family tradition going even after our kids are married with there own kids. It's a Great Vacation Place!!
