  Overall we had a great time. We had a problem with the downstairs refrigerator and lost about $150 in food. The management company sent over a loaner and the response time was good. The location was great. I will be back next year.

  Even with uncooperative weather we had an excellent time in Newport. The house is spacious, giving us room for kids to play WII in the upstairs den while we enjoy a movie on the beautiful flat screen in the living room, or just lounge in the chairs on the patio.
  When the sun came out we took the short walk to the beach and enjoyed the waves!

  The house wasn't very clean when we arrived and, for the second year, the washing maching broke. Burr White was extremely helpful and responsive about the washing machine. Thanks!
