• Beach House: There were only two things that were some what bothersome, the first being parking space was very tight and the second was the propane bottle to bbq was empty so we had to pay for one.

• Great rental! This was our fourth year rolling it over. Burr White is great and the owners are as well. Whenever something needed a quick fix over the past few years they are right there to take care of it.

• This is the 4th year we have rented and vacationed on 42nd Street in Newport. The first time at this house. It was cozy, clean and close to the beach. Our family and friends enjoyed coming to visit us during our stay.

  It was a wonderful vacation. we love newport beach. the rental gave us the opportunity to enjoy a much needed family vacation. there was little ambient noise. the only issue for us was the lack of parking. the parking garage was a little small, but it was minimal compared to the enjoyment and rest we had. our daughter's birthday was that week, and we were allowed to have her friend spend the night which was great. one of the best vacations i have ever had. i am sure my kids will lodge it in their memory banks for life.
