  The only con was that the hideabed wasn't all that comfortable but most hideabeds aren't! It was a small house but had everything we needed! Thanks for a great week!!

  If your looking to be close to the pier and the crowd then this place is for you. The place is a bit small, but if you have 4 people or less this is work. The sofa bed is not sleepable, so if you plan on using it, bring something like a blowup or an extra mattress instead. Leaky faucet in bathroom, maintence did come out but says it wasn't leaking, only seems to leak in the morning. Garage is big enough for car/bikes and what ever else you need. The dryer had issues, took forever to dry clothes, you might take extra towels. The fridge works well, but you might turn it down when you get there, spoiled our fresh fruit because it was too cold. OUr fault for not looking. But even though there were a FEW pitfalls, it still worth the money. These reviews sure do help.

  I would like to see some type of program that benefits people that have used Burr White multiple times..i.e. free nights,airfare etc...

  no real place to eat, no table inside (not room for one but something could be figured out). The table outside is not that great.

  This is the fourth year we have stayed in this house. We love it. The only issue we had this year was the upstairs renters were noisy and rude! Problems with parking in the garage. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time, and love Newport Beach.

  We have rented this house for the past few years and love it. It is the perfect size for me and my nieces. We love how close it is to everything. We always rent bikes and it is great to have a garage to keep them in. It is also nice not having to hunt for a parking space! Next year we will bring the whole family down so we will need a bigger house. We had a GREAT time, the week went by too fast and we didn't want to leave!!

  Myself and my 2 nieces have been coming to Newport Beach for the past several summers. Including our upcoming trip in June we will have stayed at this property for 3 years. We love this house!! It is on the small size, but perfect for the 3 of us. It is located @ 3 houses from the beach, so we are close to the water and the nearby wonderful restuarants. The house has a porch where we all like to hang out and read and talk. We also have dinner out there at least one night. I enjoy sitting out there in the early morning with my coffee and paper--it is wonderful!
