  We had a GREAT week in this little house. It was very clean and the location couldnt be beat! The washer and dryer in the garage were a huge help we took an abundance of clothes and beach towels but being able to do a load or two of laundry during our
  stay was fantastic. We had no issues but it seems our downstairs neighbors had a little bit of one with their cable (again this was not an issue for us) it seems that their needing assistance caused the owner to stop by and just make sure everything was ok
  in our unit. That was a plesant surprise to see the follow through by the owner himself! We have NO complaints this is a wonderful place if you are a small family wanting to relax at the beach. I would highly recommend this property and Burr White to my friends
  and family. Thanks for a wonderful week. We are planning to see you again next summer!

  This rental met our needs. We wanted easy access to the beach and this rental had it. It was pretty noisy and in a "party" area in Newport; with the windows open at night, it was pretty loud on the weekends. The unit was small but well laid out; a table for meals or computer would have been nice, but really no room for one. Burr White is always easy to work with. We would recommend this rental.

  I was happy with how clean the rental was. Much better then a hotel suite. I would recommend telling renters exactly what amenities are on site. The picture is little misleading the picture is of the lower property not the actual property we stayed in.

  This was our first time renting a home for vacation. This was a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and the home we stayed in was so nice and convenienent to all we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and considerate. We are going to make this an annual event. The size of the home was perfect and being a single Mom, the location was great and we felt secure in our neighborhood. We could walk right out to the beach or down to the pier.

  Very close to the pier and beach. Excellent place to stay, garage is a necessity in Newport.
