    We are originally from California and have moved to Arkansas. We have been vacationing in Newport for over 20 years. This location was quiet and off the beaten path. Neighbors were mostly homeowners and truly welcoming. This space offered us all the amenities we regularly require...2 parking spaces and a large front patio. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and the best beach location for watching the sun set. Cheers!

    We have rented many different places at Newport. This property was clean, the furniture was like new and comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked w/ the necessities. The patio was wonderful. Really liked that the bath towels and sheets were provided, made it easy. Also appreciated that the cleaning was done by a service after we left. Nice and close to the beach and it was a very enjoyable stay.
