  Everything was great, but the blind in my room was broken. My toielet was not working rigth but tehy came to fix it right away. The house was cleaner last year but was still good, The dirt was in the laundry area. Last year I recommend you should get a small dust buster to pick up samll dirt. Other than that it was fantastic..... No big deal. I love this property.

  For the amount we paid to stay, I would have appreciated the little things being available upon check in...like TP, paper towels, batteries in the TV remotes, dish soap etc. We found it to be a terrific location and enjoyed being able to walk to resturants, shopping etc.

  We rent out this property for the entire month (January 2010) and apart from the lack of heat in the unit and the leak, the stay was good. The location of this property is excellent and I would highly recommend this property in summer period.

  The property was in the perfect location. We had some difficulties the first day when a whole electric panel went out leaving us with no refrigerator/microwave or kitchen electricity. We tried to call Burr White but got a voicemail system but luckily the property owner was walking up the stairs and we stopped him to take care of our problem. We also had difficulty with sharing of the grill with the neighbors and they kept parking cars by the garage blocking our access in and out until we contacted them. Otherwise the trip was PERFECT.

  We had an excellent time and would love to rent the same place, upper and lower units next July 4th. The only issue I had was the water in the shower getting cold quickly. Other then that I would recommend it to anyone!!!
