The roads in the airport are all one-way, so proceed to exit the airport always bearing to the right when in doubt – as you will want to take the Campus Ave. exit. Proceed along Campus until you get to a big intersection (Bristol Street). Continue Straight ahead, but you will now be on Irvine Ave (the name changed). You will want to continue on this road (along the back bay neighborhood as its known) until you get to 17th Street … approx 4 miles. Make a right onto 17th Street and pass three traffic lights (Tustin Street, Santa Ana Street, Westminster, Orange Street,). The next (5th) light is Newport Blvd – make a left onto Newport Blvd. Now see detailed instruction below.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Exit out of the Airport onto Century Blvd and continue past Airport Ave and Aviation Blvd, get into the right lane and make a right at La Cienega Blvd. As you make a right onto La Cienega, stay in the left lane as the entrance to the freeway will be there. Enter the San Diego Freeway, I-405 South and continue past the Harbor Fwy, I-110, the Long Beach Fwy, I-710; the San Gabriel Fwy, I-605, and the Garden Grove Fwy, Hwy 22. After ~ 5 miles, you will pass the Harbor Blvd exit and then the Fairview Ave exit. Just past the Fairview Ave exit, you will see signs for the Freeways 73 and 55 on the right side of the road. Stay to the right and continue on this fork labeled 73/55. About 1 mile you will see an exit for the 55 Freeway on the right. Exit onto the 55 Freeway traveling south. Continue south on the 55 Freeway until it comes to an end and you hit the first traffic light. You will now be at 19th Street and Newport Blvd in the City of Costa Mesa. We are located on Newport Blvd in the City of Newport Beach, so from here on in its pretty straight forward. Coming from the North

Traveling South on the Golden State Freeway, Interstate – 5, take the San Diego Freeway, Interstate 405, as you enter the Los Angeles Basin. Stay on the I-405 South (you will pass Ventura Fwy, US 101; the Santa Monica Fwy, I- 10; The Glenn Anderson Fwy, I-105; the Harbor Fwy, I-110, the Long Beach Fwy, I-710; the San Gabriel Fwy, I-605, and the Garden Grove Fwy, Hwy 22). Coming from South

Take the Golden State Fwy, I-5 North past Camp Pendleton, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, and Lake Forest until you come to El Toro Y (the Freeway will be 10 lanes in each direction at this junction). Bear to the right lanes as you want to get on the I-405 North, and the left most lanes will continue on the I-5 Freeway and the Right most lanes will merge into the San Diego Freeway North, I-405. Continue on the I-405 until just past the Orange County Airport. Bear to the right and take the exit for the Costa Mesa Freeway. This exit will branch to the right for the northerly direction and to the left for the southerly direction. You want to go South on the Costa Mesa Freeway Hwy 55. Continue south on the 55 Freeway until it comes to an end and you hit the first traffic light. You will now be at 19th Street and Newport Blvd in the City of Costa Mesa. We are located on Newport Blvd in the City of Newport Beach, so from here on in its pretty straight forward. Coming From the East

From I-15 – take I-15 until you get to the 91 Freeway, Get onto the 91 Freeway heading East (Beach Cities direction). Continue East until you get to the Costa Mesa Freeway (the 55 Freeway). Get onto the 55 Freeway, you will be traveling South and continue approximately 15 miles until it comes to an end and you hit the first traffic light. You will now be at 19th Street and Newport Blvd in the City of Costa Mesa. We are located on Newport Blvd in the City of Newport Beach, so from here on in its pretty straight forward. You only have to go about 4 more miles on Newport Blvd. Now see detailed instruction below.

From I-10 - Take the I-10 to the Interstate 215 South. Continue on the I-215 past the I-15 and get on the 91 Freeway (the I-215 really ends at the intersection of the 91, I-15 and I-215, and essentially just changes names if you continue going straight). At any rate, you want to be heading East on the 91 Freeway in the direction labeled “Beach Cities”. Continue East until you get to the Costa Mesa Freeway (the 55 Freeway). Get onto the 55 Freeway, you will be traveling South and continue approximately 15 miles until it comes to an end and you hit the first traffic light. Detailed Directions to Burr White Realty

At the end of the Costa Mesa Freeway, you will be at 19th Street and Newport Blvd. We are approximately 4.5 miles from here on Newport Blvd. So continue past the section with many traffic lights in the shopping district of Costa Mesa. When you get to the intersection of 17th Street and Newport Blvd you will be past the congested area. (Those coming from John Wayne Airport will have just made a left onto Newport Blvd at this point). Continue on Newport Blvd down the hill (you will see the “Welcome to Newport Beach” sign on the left) pass Hospital Rd and pass the exit unto US Hwy 1 (the Pacific Coast Highway) and you will go over a little bridge and soon see Newport Bay on your left.

Once on the Peninsula, your first traffic light will be Via Lido, continue… the next traffic light will be Finley, continue… your next traffic light will be 32nd street, you will see an Albertson’s supermarket and Carl’s Jr. sign on the right, continue and get in the left lane, the next traffic light will be 30th Street, the road will now divide so that there is an island between the traffic going one way and the traffic going the other. We are on this island just past the 30th street traffic light. As you pass 30th street, making sure you are in the left lane, our parking lot will be the 2nd driveway you see. You will see our sign just before the entrance to the parking lot. Make a left into our lot and park. As you enter our lot, you will see the back of our building with the mural. Park and walk around to the front entrance. You made it-welcome to the beach!
