  NICE AND BIG, BUT SHOWING HER AGE

  WE LOVE THE SIZE OF THIS HOME BECAUSE THERE AREN'T MANY CHOICES OF 4 BEDROOMS ON THE BEACH, HOWEVER THIS PROPERTY IS SHOWING ITS AGE AND PERHAPS NEEDS A LITTLE ATTENTION, PAINT, CARPETS, KITCHEN CABINETS GETTING LOOSE, HOW ABOUT SOME HOOKS IN BATHROOM TO HANG UP TOWELS OR BATHROBES, OR BATHING SUITS THAT ARE DRYING......JUST A FEW SUGGESTIONS.....THANKS

  Internet directions were incorrect and couldn't get any help from anyone but IT person and couldn't get hold of him until Monday afternoon. Three people had work to do Monday morning and needed a connection. Called ahead of time to make sure we had wireless available and was told yes but directions were wrong. IT person got us connected Monday afternoon. Wireless connection was bwwireless2804 not bwwireless.

  We really were very happy with the rental. I can't give the general condition more than a 3 as the house itself really is starting to deteriorate. Furnishings are great. But the rental price reflected this. We definitely got what we paid for. I didn't need the quality of my home for a 1 month beach rental.

  week of June28 to July 5th We were pleased with the property and how well it was equipped. However, it would have been nice had we known there was a gas bar-b-que and an extra frig. The maintenance left something to be desired--I never talked to

  person only left message and they did not respond very quickly. Actually the house was nicer than the brochure showed it. Also, I have not received my deposit yet and it has been two weeks.
