This beach home is gorgeous and has a great location. We have been there twice, but some of the problems that we saw two years ago still existed this summer. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained and should have been cleaned. The main floor bedroom and its furnishings are old,dark and dingy and should be updated. The main bath toilet is still broken like it was two years ago. The floors should be washed as well as vacuumed after each renter. When we arrived, the cleaning ladies were barely vacuuming it and didn't wash the floors. I bought a bucket and mop and did the main floor myself. Other than a few of these details, we loved being there! Next time we'll make sure that these problems are addressed and fixed at the beginning of our stay.
The location was fine for us. The locals went out of their way to make us feel at home. The beachhouse is incredible. Outside of the hot water on one occasion, the place was a dream! I highly recommend it. Thanks so much, Burr White Realty. You have a winner in this house!

The things I liked the most about this beach house are: the rental linens were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked for a large family, laundry detergent and laundry machines were wonderful, very nice bathrooms, lots of guests must have left their beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas - we had plenty!!Only negative - the neighbor next door was extremely rude about one of my grandchildren who cried early in the morning.(Which I am certain was unpleasant - but..) A warning would have been nicer than a tirade. We tried very hard from there on out to keep the child noise down. The management was very nice about it and I felt they supported us.

This property was perfect for large family vacation. Decor was updated and clean. Floor plan with two family rooms was perfect for alone timeeven with large number of guests. Linens & bedding ample and clean! My only complaint were the bugs in downstairs bedroom.

Great kitchen. Well equipted. Could use some bar stools around the island/bar to allow more people to eat at one time.

The house was great at accommodating 11 adults very comfortably(4 couples in 4 Bedrooms and 2 bachelors in the 3rd floor loft ). The house has a great set up, great amenities, allowing for private space if needed and very conducive for group chilling time, for 7 days it provided us a great home base to explore southern California.The beach was literally steps out of the back of the house.. and the sand was endless! Great location!We would definitely rent from Burr White properties again in the future!
Our vacation rental was just what we'd hoped for—spacious, clean, comfortable, and walking distance from the beach and other local amenities. We had a great stay. My only recommendations would be to replace the glass coffee and end tables in the living room with something easier to see (and less easy to bump into) and to get a large lazy Susan for the dining room table. Otherwise, the house is a gem.
We had a wonderful stay at the rental house. It was very comfortable and convenient for us. We will recommend it to our friends.

The house was awesome! Everything inside and out, and great location. We did the beach, the mountains and the Zoo - and relaxed with family every evening. One of the best vacations yet - and we look forward to next year!!!

We filled the house with relatives from all over the states and Sweden. He had 3 babies,and a handicapped person in a wheelchair, as well as, a 83 year old Great Grandma. For the most part, everything was accessible. There was a problem with hot water in the first floor shower. The Bubbie Dellie never left the kitchen. She loved using the stove and baked 3 hugh CHALLAHS for the wedding..
MY FAMILY AND I HAD A WONDERFUL VACATION NOT ONLY BY BEING TOGETHER, BUT WITH THE HOME THAT MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE PART OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS. IN ADDITION, THE WHOLE RENTAL PROCESS WITH BURR WHITE REALTY WAS AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE. MY FAMILY IS PLANNING ANOTHER TRIP SOON AND WILL BE DEFINITELY USING YOUR REALTY.
