  We had a great couple of weeks, beautiful home, but feel for that kind of money, things should be in top working order. The oven was our chief complaint -even though someone was sent out 4 different times, it was very inconvenient to not have the oven in top working order. To have to keep the door closed with a chair and a trash can to get it to work wasn't great-it should be replaced. Also, coming in on the 4th of July is a challenge -we arrived around 9:30, unloaded our stuff in the garage,(house was being cleaned yet) and then went to pick up the keys from your office around 10:30(on our bikes,and earlier than you had recommended). When we got back at 11:00(which was the time you told us to pick up keys), the street was already closed to cars. We would not have gotten in if we wouldn't have dropped our stuff earlier. Something to think about for next year for guests arriving on the 4th of July!

  The house was very nice and the location was perfect. It was still being cleaned when we arrived (we were asked to leave and come back), and dirty linens were noticed throughout the garage. The housekeepers would not remove them and management had to be called to do that. There were dead plants in containers on the patio, which was not welcoming. We had to call management for a couple of repairs and the response was slower than we would have preferred, as they had to be called more than once on each occasion. The alarm system malfunctioned and we feel guests should be informed on how to use it. But overall, the house was perfect for our group and we had a great vacation.
