My family has been renting beach homes in Newport for 18 years and this has become one of our favorites.
This house is in a quiet portion of the beach away from the loud parties and foot traffic. And it's within walking distance of restaurants and markets.
This house has two living rooms and decks which allows for quiet and privacy if you are sharing space with others. The extra refrigerator in the garage proved helpful. Although this is a three bedroom house, the loft space was remote and roomy enough to act as a fourth bedroom.
