  This was a great house! We had many friends and family throughout the week visiting and staying with us. It accommodated all of us and we had plenty of "extra" room! All rooms-including bathrooms, were plentiful.

  The action from the boardwalk is pure entertainment! We LOVED being able to see and hear the water from the house. A very relaxing and welcoming environment.

  I found Cheryl and Jane, the reservationist at Burr White, to be extraordinarily helpful and knowlegable. I hope to do business with them many times in the future.

  A great location for a family vacation. The size of the property gives you enough room to spend time with the group or find you own corner to get away. Things to do for family members from 3 to 73.

  This was our families 9th year staying down at Newport and our 3rd house. This by far was the most beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk and sand, especially in front of our favorite beach spot at 36th street. Great if you needed to run back for anything you were right there. With an inside staircase you were able to walk through the entire unit without going outside which was great for smaller children. There is one set of bedrooms that connect with that being the main walk thru from the main house to the back apartment which made it a little tricky for privacy early in the morning and late at night. For those times the kids just walked out the back door and into the front. We will definately being going back next year.

  Summer Fun!!

  We only live about 30 minutes from Newport but our family planned a last minute get away to this beach house. We've rode our bikes up and down the boardwalk in the past and have looked at several properties to rent. We were very happy with the location of the beach house we ended up renting. It is at the end of the boardwalk which we liked, it's an easy bike ride to the Newport and Balboa Peirs, grocery store within walking distance and the sand & ocean were RIGHT THERE. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the house and falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the crashing waves on the geddy out the master bedroom window was awesome! Our teenagers enjoyed every minute of the place as well. We have many fun memories that we made this week and hope to make a trip like this in the future.

  The bathrooms kept being backed up and they were not serviced promptly. Also the sheets and linens are not comfortable or very clean

  The home was beautiful! Couldn't have been more happy with everything. We had a few problems with the back unit's shower, but you guys sent someone right over on several occasions! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

  We had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to rent this property again. It had a spectacular view and location. We were a little bit leery about renting on the boardwalk on 4th of July, but there was nothing to worry about. Newport Beach police were out in force, and the beach goers were all just having a great time, so the day and the week were FANTASTIC! We would definitely do it again!
