  Our family has been going to Newport Beach for 8 years and will continue this important tradition as our family continues to grow! There's nothing like spending time on the beach with kids and grandkids just enjoying each other and this beautiful place! We love it and look forward to it every year!!!!

  Second time staying at this rental and it was just right for our family. The shower and the bathroom on the bottom floor could use some modernization. I loved the location to the beach.
