  Even with uncooperative weather we had an excellent time in Newport. The house is spacious, giving us room for kids to play WII in the upstairs den while we enjoy a movie on the beautiful flat screen in the living room, or just lounge in the chairs on the patio.
  When the sun came out we took the short walk to the beach and enjoyed the waves!

  The house wasn't very clean when we arrived and, for the second year, the washing maching broke. Burr White was extremely helpful and responsive about the washing machine. Thanks!

  Our family has been going to Newport Beach for 8 years and will continue this important tradition as our family continues to grow!   Second time staying at this rental and it was just right for our family. The shower and the bathroom on the bottom floor could use some modernization. I loved the location to the beach.
