    no towel rack in master bath, no cover on eletrical outlet in living room, no light cover in kitchen, problem with murphy bed. For the amount of money I paid, I would expect this to have been addressed before we arrived.

    Home is in prime Newport Beach location with patio/BBQ in lower unit. Great for a family!

    Last year the beach house family room had a strong urine ( pet) odor. The carpet was very dirty, and we didn't like our grandbaby crawling on it. We had to use furniture covers because of the odor and condition of the sofa and chairs. Our umbrella from the patio table was no longer there, and no charcoal for the grill. ( This was previously provided.) We LOVE the location, therefore we continue to stay there, in spite of the above things. We wouldn't recommend it because the price goes up and the interior quality deteriorates. The bathroom tubs need some attention, as well.

    Improvements made to the house were welcomed! Thanks! We did not use the oven this year so I am not sure how it did not work the prior year and it caught on fire. Thanks for the new sofa,chair,dryer.
