CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT


IN THE SUMMER:

Summer 2009 open booking starts November 6th 2008

  • Our summer season begins on May 23rd, and ends on September 18th, 2009. Please contact us soon in order to secure the best rental for you and your family.
  • During this time period, our rentals run SATURDAY TO FRIDAY only.  Minimum stay is 7 nights.
  • CHECK-IN is AFTER 2:30 P.M. on Saturday afternoon. Pick up the keys and get directions to your rental property at our office. Office directions
  • CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 10:00 A.M. on the following Saturday morning. Keys are turned into our office.
IN THE WINTER:

  • Our winter season is currently underway and ends May 22nd, 2009. Call now for discounted winter rates!!!
  • During the winter, we allow greater flexibility with arrival and departure dates. Our only requirement is a 3-day minimum. However, on holiday weekends, we may require a 7-day minimum.
  • CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT times are the same as our summer season, but there may be flexibility in some cases. Ask your reservationist for details.

FEES & PRICING INFO

RENTAL RATE:

    This is the basic rental rate of the vacation property. The range of rates is listed next to the photo of the unit. The lower rate is honored at the beginning and end of the summer season, while the higher rate is used during the peak months of July and August. Please call for our off-season rates.
CITY TAX:
    The city of Newport Beach has a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all rentals of less than 30 days. This tax is calculated from the base rental rate and added to the booking total.
PROCESSING FEE:
    A processing fee is also added into your booking total.
CLEANING FEE:
    Your unit will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Our cleaning fees vary with the size of the accommodation. Cleaning fees can range from $125 for a two-bedroom unit to $250 for a 5-bedroom home.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
    All reservations require a minimum 10-20% security deposit in addition to the rental rate. However, for the convenience of our guests we do allow most guests to take advantage of our Damage Waiver program in place of holding a security deposit.
DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:
    A damage waiver fee covers unintentional damages that may occur during your stay, and is in lieu of a security deposit (restrictions apply). However, security deposits are always required for our luxury rentals and may be required during certain weeks of the summer season.  Damage waivers are non-refundable.
