Sprawling over 3.5 acres of terrain on the Upper Newport Bay, Newport Beach Vineyards and Winery hosts an impressive 1,000-foot wine cave filled with French oak barrels that are meticulously maintained at 60 degrees year-round. Tours of the wine cave are available upon request as a perfect pairing for a tasting session. The rich soil and ideal climate in Newport Beach means Newport Beach Vineyards and Winery is able to produce mouthwatering Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon as well. The winery produces an impressive 350 cases of California Red Meritage Wine annually and hosts over 1,200 Bordeaux-style grape vines on-site. Perhaps one of the most unique aspects of a visit to this vineyard and winery is the fact that they also host their own bird aviary for guests to wander through and enjoy in addition to their tasting session.
