The boardwalk is very busy and has a lot of bike and foot traffic, so we had to be extra careful. The bunk house and the extra bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor had to share a bathroom, so that was a bit tight for 6 kids. And you definitely can’t take showers at the same time or it will be like showing under a dripping faucet. Plus the water would go hot/cold during the shower which was not fun. Recommend showering in shifts to avoid the pressure going wonky.
There were also a couple of maintenance repairs we had to call in regarding the furnace and some misc items, but the management company was extremely responsive and sent some one over the same day.
Overall, a great house, great location, and a perfect getaway spot. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets every night!

sisters and other family to stay with us. It had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The view is the best, and it is at a quiet location. The house is decorated beautifully.

worked to cool the front of the house so those rooms, including kitchen were comfortable. But possibly because of the layout (courtyard in middle serving as a wind block) it was impossible to open doors and get that wonderful Ocean breeze at night, which would have solved the heat issue. Maybe in place of the bedroom overhead light fixtures, ceiling fans would have been a good idea. I suggest guests bring/purchase small electric fans during the summer months, or the homeowner consider doing so. Other than that..........great house.
