Compact, but roomy enough to prepare everything from beach picnics to full feasts for dinner, the kitchen features cheerful ocean blue tile and a full range of appliances. Large cabinets provide plenty of storage space for your groceries. Eat together at a cozy dining nook for four.

BED & BATH

Seashore decor and a tiki-inspired, queen-size sleigh bed create a Tommy Bahama vibe in the master bedroom. Get ready for outings in total privacy and comfort in the en suite bath with shower/tub combination.
Find the same breezy beach style in the queen-size second bedroom, conveniently adjacent to a guest bath with shower/tub combination.

Two additional guests can snooze soundly next to the fireplace in the living area: the sofa pulls out into a full-size sleeper sofa.

OUTDOOR SPACES

In the garage, you’ll find a coin-operated washer and dryer (owner provides quarters for summer rentals) and tandem parking for two cars.

2017 Reunion
We had a great stay. Weather and surf were great. Our family use 122A and 122 36th. Place works great with good facilities and 4 space garage......still no view of the beach. Neighbors house blocks view from deck. This was our 3rd year.

Cozy house - location can't be beat!
We loved this place. It was a little on the cozy side, for our family of 5, but was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The 2-car tandem garage (4 car total - shared with upper unit) was awesome, and gave us all the room we needed for our various toys (bikes, golf cart, boogie boards, paddle boards, surf boards, beach toys, etc.). The house is literally walking distance from the beach (7 houses from the sand), the park & the bay (where we would paddle board in the mornings). Overall, it was a great property, and Burr White's check-in/check-out process was awesome and seamless!

Labor Day weekend
Everything was clean, all the kitchen supplies were in good condition. My only complaint was the washer and dryer were not functioning as expected, especially the dryer - it didn't dry any of the clothes and they don't provide enough towels for all days of my stay so we need to wash the towels.

2015 Reunion
Family reunion coming from St Louis, Atlanta, and Dallas. All was good except now view of beach from 122.5 as was expected.

Great location Great place
For the last 2 years my sister and I rent this house -me the bottom(which is the one I'm reviewing) and her the top. It's clean and well maintained. neds are comfortable which is huge! The kitchen and living area are a bit small, but the patio is big. There is a huge closet on the master which is perfect for my baby's port a crib. There are a few unique things about this place that we really like-there is a red zone right in front of the house so there are never cars parked in front of the house. Also there are long term rentals next door on both sides and directly across the street which is nice because it's a less chaotic feel.

Great time!
We are originally from California and have moved to Arkansas. We have been vacationing in Newport for over 20 years. This location was quiet and off the beaten path. Neighbors were mostly homeowners and truly welcoming. This space offered us all the amenities we regularly require...2 parking spaces and a large front patio. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and the best beach location for watching the sun set. Cheers!
