LIVING & DINING

The first floor living room features a large sofa and coffee table, perfect for relaxing or watching a movie on the flat screen cable television. The downstairs dining table offers seating for four with additional space available at the upstairs dining table which offers additional seating and the kitchen's breakfast bar.

BED & BATH

This four bedroom vacation home has plenty of space for the entire family. The large master suite has a queen bed, large closets, and a dresser for added storage space. The spacious master bathroom is the perfect place to unwind in the large roman style bathtub. The separate enclosed shower and dual vanity makes it easy for everyone to get ready. Three guest rooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of twin bunk beds. The second has a private entrance and twin beds. The third ground floor bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.

The upstairs living room has a large flat screen cable TV over the fireplace and the comfortable sofa pulls out to provide more sleeping space. The large sliding glass doors open from the upstairs living room onto the private balcony. The upstairs landing serves as a convenient work space with a desk below the stained glass accent window.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The laundry room, with washer and dryer, is a welcome amenity for life at the beach and makes it easy to keep the whole family in clean beach towels and swimsuits. The outdoor shower keeps the sand on the beach and out of the house. One car garage parking.

THE LOCATION

Explore the Peninsula on two-wheels or by foot via the nearby boardwalk/bike path. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is a five- minute walk. Locals and out-of-towners alike frequent Charlie’s Chili for breakfast. Dory Deli has good food and terrific people watching. Fly ‘n’ Fish is not to be missed for terrific seafood. If you want to prepare your own, visit the Dory Fleet Fish Market, selling local fishermen’s daily catch since 1891. Shop for souvenirs at shops on McFadden Square or rent boogie boards or surreys at the foot of the pier.

On 32nd Street, near Pavilions grocery store, Chihuahua and Sancho’s serve up tacos, burritos and more. Gina’s offers pizza and pasta for the whole family. Around the corner on Newport Boulevard, Pescadou Bistro for neighborhood French cuisine in an intimate setting and casual Hook & Anchor’s award-winning lobster and seafood. The newly renovated Lido Marina Village with high-end restaurants and boutiques is just beyond, along with Via Lido Drugs for prescriptions, cards and unique gifts. The Lido Theatre built in 1938 offers movie-goers a one-of-a-kind experience with its art deco décor, black light accents and an old-fashioned balcony.
