The entrance to the condo is on the second floor but is all one level. The open floor plan and contemporary décor make the space light and bright. Just inside the entry, the kitchen is efficient and has a breakfast bar with seating at the counter. Nearby, the dining table has seating for four. Beautifully decorated, the living area has a couch, side chair and coffee table, as well as a gas fireplace for cooler weather. An armoire conceals the TV.
BED & BATH
The stylish master suite has a king bed, TV and an adjoining bathroom with double vanity. The walk-in shower has a built-in bench seat. With a view of the courtyard, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has a nearby bath with a tub/shower combo and the washer/dryer.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The balcony off the living area has a propane barbecue, making it a prime location to enjoy grilled dinners as the sun sets over the golf course or breakfast and a cup of coffee in the morning. The property offers a 2-car garage, shared swimming pool, and community hot tub.
THE LOCATION
This condo sits on the edge of the Big Canyon golf course with stunning views of the greens. It’s well suited for an executive and renting on a monthly basis, (31 minimum night stay is required, we are unable to make exceptions) and is located within a five-minute drive of Fashion Island, Corona del Mar, Balboa Island and the University of California, Irvine. This property is situated 2 miles from the entrance of the 73 Freeway which easily connects to the 55, 405, and 5 Freeways.

The trees need to be trimmed so they don't hang into the patio area.

Manager Response: Update to comments: The BBQ is replaced as needed and is new for 2014. Thank you for commenting on your stay with us. These property owners take pride in their property and try to make improvements every year. Most recently they adding new carpeting, new heating/air conditioning, and new patio furniture. While the barbeque grill is not new, it works well. Please call our office, we have staff on call 24 hours a day 7 days per week. We will bring a propane tank if it is not full. We will have a conversation with the cleaning company and property inspector to addressing all cleaning issues. As the trees have grown over the years, there is a little less view than previous years. Unfortunately, they cannot be trimmed as they belong to the adjacent golf course property. Howevery, the balcony is very pleasant with plenty of sun and breezes. The condo sits up two stories from the covered garage. There is a large staircase up to the common area grounds, and then one flight up to the front door. If you have stair issues please take this into consideration.
