Group meals have never been more fun to prepare: the kitchen includes gourmet appliances - a Subzero fridge and Viking range - as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The marble center island is roomy enough to seat four on barstools for pre-dinner beverages or chopping veggies. A full bath with walk-in shower is just off the kitchen. Enjoy meals at the dining table for ten, or head outside to the four-person dining table. Two comfortable couches and two side chairs surround the built-in fire element so that meals can be enjoyed here as well. Two lounge chairs are provided for soaking up the sun.
The home's upper rear living area with large sectional sofa and two side chairs opens out to an expansive furnished deck with gas barbecue. If you don't feel like grilling, the beautiful entertainer's kitchen has a counter with four stools and the adjacent dining area has a large dining table with seating for eight.

Choose from seven bedrooms. Reserve the bayfront master suite for yourself—this lovely suite includes access to the balcony with bay views, attached bath with large tub and walk-in shower, dual-sink marble vanity, and walk-in closet for stowing your luggage out of sight. The second bayview bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and a large sliding glass door that opens out to the deck. There is a full bed in the third bedroom with a spacious closet and shared hallway bath.

The home has two full-size washer and dryer pairs - one in the garage at ground level, another in the 2nd floor laundry room off the rear unit kitchen.
The bay is your front yard at this well-located villa situated just a little over a block from the Balboa Pier, Balboa Pavilion and surrounding boutiques and restaurants. Visit Ruby's Diner at the pier’s end for burgers and salads. Kids will love the playground at the base of the pier with an open, grassy lawn. Visitors have dozens of dining options in Balboa Village: Mint Leaf and Great Mex are casual local hangouts, BJs Pizza and Cruisers are known for pizza, Newport Landing and Harborside have terrific happy hour specials, fresh fish and amazing views. The ferry to Balboa Island leads to coastal-chic shops and more eateries. Deep sea fishing and whale watching excursions can be booked through Davey’s Locker at the Pavilion. Rent an electric boat and do "sips & dips" on the bay or let someone else take the helm and enjoy a harbor cruise.
