Joan has a wealth of real estate experience, dating back to 1973 when she obtained her real estate license. Working first for Fred Sands in the San Fernando Valley, she moved to Orange County in 1984, where she broadened her career as a manager for the first RE/MAX franchise in the state of California, located in Costa Mesa. Her love of people, sense of humor, and common sense soon proved to be invaluable assets to the company, and was promoted to Manager of the Newport Beach office in 1988. In 1989 RE/MAX was the number-one office in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, due in a large part to Joan’s managerial savvy and sterling reputation as an honest and hard working administrator. After five successful years at the helm, she decided the time was right in 1997 to move into ownership position with Burr White Realty located on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Joan loves being part of the 50-year tradition at Burr White Realty, where being “the best on the beach” is a hard-earned reputation. For professional SALES representation on the Peninsula Newport Beach, Costa Mesa or Orange County call Joan today, and find out why clients have relied on Joan’s experience and personal service since 1973.
