Upstairs, three roomy bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. A king bed graces the master bedroom with spacious en suite bath with walk-in shower and a flat panel TV. Two beachy guest bedrooms—both with queen beds and flat panel TVs—share a bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The rental is just two short blocks from one of the best beaches in Newport and everything you need to make the most of the surf, sun, and sand. There’s no need to rent beach items - enjoy bikes, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, cooler, beach umbrella, and more provided for your use. Conveniently located two blocks from the grocery store and 32nd St shops and local eateries, the property is also only a short stroll to the newly renovated Lido Marina Village with its high-end bayfront restaurants and boutiques. In between and right around the corner on Newport Blvd, Las Fajitas offers up healthy Mexican fare, Pescadou Bistro neighborhood French cuisine in an intimate setting and Gina’s has pizza and pasta for the whole family. The pier area, not quite half a mile away, has Seaside Donuts, Dory Deli and Charlie’s Chili for unforgettable breakfasts. Fly ‘n’ Fish is not to be missed for fabulous seafood, but if you want to prepare your own meal, visit the Dory Fleet Fish Market, selling local fishermen’s daily catch since 1891. The historic Lido Theatre, built in 1938, features black light accents and balcony seating for a movie-going experience you'll never forget. Actress Bette Davis, star of Jezebel, the first film shown here, is responsible for the sitting parlor in the ladies’ restroom!

Seems the maid company also wanted to get to the beach. Additionally, the trashcans were almost completely full. Luckily, trash pick up was on Monday. Other than those two issues, we enjoyed being down at the beach. The location of this rental could not be any better getting around town. Overall, I would recommend.

There are only 2 kids bikes. But we rented Bikes for the week.
Parking in the carport with another car if both are an SUV is difficult.
The upstairs does get warm even with the fans. An option to turn on AC would be great! But overall we loved the comfort of the house, cleanliness, location and amenities.

Usually stay on the beach but looked into this home instead GREAT CHOICE!! House is very well maintained and clean. Walking distance to all restaurants and stores. Owners thought of renters with this house in mind bikes, beach chairs, phone charging station all a big plus!
